For questions about physical health, call Dr.Dropin Medical Phone. If necessary, you are referred to a video doctor free of charge.
Referral to video doctor
The nurse gives you a discount code. Download the Dr.Dropin app and enter the code. Make an appointment.
Dr.Dropin Medical Telephone
If you have questions about illness and health, you can contact Dr.Dropin Medical Phone. Here you get to talk to experienced nurses. If necessary, the nurse will refer you to a video doctor free of charge.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Download the Dr.Dropin app
To be able to book an appointment with JBF's discounted price, you must download the Dr.Dropin app.
Insert discount code
Enter JBF discount code "jbf-barn" under Insurance and discount codes.
Book appointment
Order the video consultation. Read the SMS you receive in advance of the appointment.
1. Download the Dr.Dropin app
2. Log in with BankID
3. Tap on "Insurance and discount code" (Forsikring og rabattkode)
4. Add agreement (avtale) and tap on "rabattkode"
5. Fill in discount code and "add agreement"
6. Go back to the first screen and click on the desired service.
7. When you confirm the booking, you will see that your appointment is discounted.
8. Confirm the booking
NOTE: To access discounts on other services, fill inn code "jbf-barn". This will not give you access to video consultation free of charge, as this appointment requires a medical call with our nurses first.
