KLP offers those aged 16 to 26 the opportunity to have a video consultation with a qualified psychologist at Dr. Dropin. During the session, you can talk about difficult thoughts, anxiety, stress, or anything else on your mind. This service is available for those with child insurance from KLP.

In an acute and overwhelming event, where you need help and support to deal with your reactions, a nurse will refer you to a crisis psychologist.

How to preceed
Referral to a crisis psychologist
Call our medical service at XX XX XX XX. The nurse will book an appointment for you with a crisis psychologist and give you further instructions.

To be able to book an appointment, you must download the Dr.Dropin app.
Insert discount code
Enter KLPs discount code under Insurance and discount codes.
Book appointment
Order the desired service. Read the SMS you receive in advance of the appointment.
1. Download the Dr.Dropin app
2. Tap on "Insurance and discount code" (Forsikring og rabattkode)
3. Log in with BankID
4. Add agreement (avtale) and tap on "KLP"
5. Fill in the discount code for your insurance and "add agreement"
6. Go back to the first screen and click on the desired service.
7. When you confirm the booking, you will see that your appointment is discounted.
8. Confirm the booking
You only need to enter the agreement the first time you use the app. The next time you can go straight to step 6.
