If you, your spouse / cohabitant or children living at home have questions about illness and health while traveling abroad, you can contact Dr.Dropin Medical Phone. Here you get to talk to experienced nurses. If necessary, the nurse will refer you to a video doctor or crisis psychologist.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How to preceed
Medical telephone
For questions about physical or mental health, call Dr.Dropin Medical Phone. If necessary, you are referred to a video doctor or crisis psychologist.
Referral to video doctor
The nurse gives you a discount code. Download the Dr.Dropin app and enter the code. Make an appointment.
1. Download the Dr.Dropin app
2. Log in with BankID
3. Tap on "Insurance and discount code" (Forsikring og rabattkode)
4. Add agreement (avtale) and tap on "Rabattkode"
5. Fill in the discount code for your insurance and "add agreement"
6. Go back to the first screen and click on the desired service.
7. When you confirm the booking, you will see that your appointment is discounted.
8. Confirm the booking
You only need to enter the agreement the first time you use the app. The next time you can go straight to step 6.
