Yes, but cancellation/change must be made no later than 24 hours before the consultation. Hours that are cancelled after the deadline will be invoiced in full.
How do I pay?
You pay with a bank card at the end of the hour at the clinic. You will of course receive a valid receipt.
When booking an appointment via our mobile app, you can choose to pay in advance via the app.
Do I need a referral?
No, you do not need a referral to book an appointment with a physiotherapist, chiropractor, osteopath or naprapath.
Can you do sick leave?
Yes, our chiropractors are authorized to give sick leave for up to 12 weeks, when after thorough assessments it is considered necessary to take sick leave.
Can you refer to imaging, such as. MRI and X-ray?
Yes, our chiropractors are authorized to refer to imaging.
In case of sick leave or referral, a deductible of NOK 120 applies.
Can I use my health insurance / treatment insurance with you?
Yes, you can. We have an agreement with all the major insurance companies. You can book an appointment in the usual way, the only thing you need to bring to the appointment is your CASE ID number.
