The nurse will assess the situation, schedule an appointment with a crisis psychologist, and provide you with all necessary information.

If you have questions about illness and health, you can contact the Dr.Dropin medical helpline. Here, you can speak with experienced nurses. If necessary, the nurse will refer you to a doctor via video consultation or psychologist at no extra cost.

Crisis psychologist

Has your child experienced a serious and unforeseen event, and you need someone to talk to quickly? Crisis psychology gives your child, or you as a guardian if the child is under 14 years old, access to up to 10 hours of psychological first aid.

The service applies if the child becomes seriously ill, is involved in a severe accident, or experiences serious events such as a death, violence, robbery, or fire. We guarantee the first consultation with a psychologist within 24 hours, ensuring you get the acute support needed to handle the situation and reduce the risk of long-term aftereffects.

The assistance applies to recent events, and the first consultation must take place no later than three months after the event occurred.
