Ove is a licensed specialist in clinical adult psychology, educated at the University of Bergen. He has a long and varied career in the field and has for many years provided psychological assessments for NAV's social services. He also has extensive experience from private practice, specialist health services, the armed forces, and supervision within child welfare services. Ove has particular expertise in psychological assessments, expert witness work, supervision, and clinical adult psychology. Throughout his career he has maintained a strong professional foundation through regular continuing education, and he meets clients and collaborators with confidence, thoroughness, and a high standard of professional quality.

Birthe has worked with people at all stages of life, from adolescents to older adults, through more than 30 years in specialist health services, municipal services, the educational-psychological service (PPT) and substance use treatment, including in prison health services and at Unicare 12-step clinic Fanafjellet. She is a Norwegian-authorised psychology specialist with a doctorate in psychology, has further training in psychotherapy for psychosis (SEPREP) and is skilled in test development and test assessment. In the collaboration with the social services of Nav in Bergen municipality, she carries out assessments of, among other things, trauma, personality disorders, bipolar disorder and co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders, providing a safe, neutral and professional basis for evaluating health, level of functioning and work capacity.

Birthe describes herself as sociable, outgoing and adaptable. She is curious and creates a safe space with room for both deep emotions and humour, because she believes a good therapeutic relationship is the foundation for change.

With more than 13 years of experience from specialist health services, competence centres and private practice, including work in an inpatient unit at DPS Nordre Østfold, Johanne meets people facing everything from stress and anxiety to trauma, psychosis and co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. She is a Norwegian-authorised specialist in clinical psychology (adult), holds a doctorate in psychology and has extensive experience in assessing ADHD and autism in adults. In the collaboration with the social services of Nav in Bergen municipality, her assessments provide a safe, neutral and professional basis for evaluating health, level of functioning and work capacity.
