Do I need to check in when I arrive?
No. You don't need to check in anywhere. Take a seat in the waiting room, and the doctor or therapist will come and get you when it's your turn.
How early should I arrive?
Feel free to arrive a few minutes early so you have time to find your way and settle in. The clinic address is in the confirmation you received by text message. Make sure you go to the right clinic, especially if you've visited us at a different address before.
What should I do if I'm running late?
Let us know as early as you can. Your doctor or therapist will do their best to see you, but your appointment may be shorter because the next patient is waiting.
If you are so late that the appointment cannot take place, it counts as a missed appointment and will be charged. We are happy to help you find a new time.
What if the doctor is running late?
Sometimes a consultation takes a little longer than planned, so you may have to wait a few minutes in the waiting room. The doctor will come and get you as soon as they are ready.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
You can change or cancel using the link in the text message you received when you booked. Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Appointments cancelled later, or missed, will be charged.
How long is the appointment?
A standard GP appointment lasts just under 20 minutes. Appointments with specialists and other therapists may be longer. The length is shown in your confirmation.
What should I bring?
Think about what you'd like to discuss, and consider writing down your questions in advance.
- A list of medicines you take
- Previous test results or relevant documents
- Your claim number from the insurance company, if you're using health insurance
How do I pay?
If you didn't pay when you booked, you can pay by card or Vipps at the clinic.
I have a video appointment. What do I do?
Make sure you're somewhere quiet with a good connection, and that the app is up to date. Your doctor or therapist will start the call when it's your turn. It may be a few minutes after the scheduled time if the previous consultation runs over. If you don't hear anything within a reasonable time, contact us.
