When should you go directly to an emergency room or hospital?

For your safety, it is important to know what Dr.Dropin cannot handle. If it is a life-threatening situation, you should call 113.

  • Suspected fracture or serious injury after a fall/accident
  • Severe chest pain, difficulty breathing or severe, acute abdominal pain
  • Head injury with loss of consciousness, nausea/vomiting or impaired general condition
  • Serious cuts that may require major surgery or deeper wound treatment
  • Heavy bleeding
  • Sudden neurological symptoms (paralysis, speech difficulties, vision loss)
