What is a VO2 max test?

A VO2 max test measures the body's maximum ability to take in and utilize oxygen during strenuous physical activity. This is the most accurate indicator of your cardiovascular fitness. The test is performed with a mask on while you run on a treadmill at a gradually increasing intensity.

Why measure lactate threshold profile?

Lactate profiling helps you find your anaerobic threshold. This is the intensity level at which your body produces more lactic acid than it can get rid of. By knowing your exact zones, you can train more effectively – whether your goal is to run a marathon or get in better shape for everyday life.

Hvordan vet jeg om VO2 max-test, laktatprofil eller komplett utholdenhetstest er riktig for meg?

Velg VO2 maks-test hvis du vil vite ditt maksimale potensial, måle din generelle helse/kondisjonsalder, eller se om treningen din faktisk gir resultater over tid.
