When does anxiety become problematic?
We can say that anxiety begins to become problematic when it prevents you from living the way you want.
If the anxiety you feel before giving a speech prevents you from giving a speech, we start talking about a problematic anxiety. When the anxiety you feel in connection with conflicts means that you avoid conflicts at all costs, we can talk about problematic anxiety. Or if anxiety becomes such a big part of your daily routine that you spend a lot of your time trying to
avoid it, it has become problematic
Panic attack
Anxiety is about getting so scared or worried that it starts to go beyond how you feel. It can be specific things, such as phobias or social anxiety, a more general anxiety and uncontrollable worry, or frightening panic attacks.
Social Anxiety
Depression is a condition characterized by low mood, hopelessness, loss of energy and loss of joy. When you are depressed, you may feel empty, or feel sad and self-loathing, and you typically have negative thoughts about yourself. Anxiety and depression can also affect sleep, relationships and how things go with work and studies.
Treatment of anxiety
