If you, your spouse / cohabitant or children living at home have questions about illness and health, or have experienced an acute and overwhelming event, you can contact Dr.Dropin Medical Phone. Here you get to talk to experienced nurses. If necessary, the nurse will refer you to a video doctor or crisis psychologist.
The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

How to preceed
Medical telephone
For questions about physical or mental health, call Dr.Dropin Medical Phone. If necessary, you are referred to a video doctor or crisis psychologist.
Referral to video doctor
The nurse gives you a discount code. Download the Dr.Dropin app and enter the code. Make an appointment.
Referral to a crisis psychologist
The nurse will book an appointment for you with a crisis psychologist and give you further instructions.
Dr.Dropin video chat with doctor
If necessary, the nurse will refer you, or your family, to a video doctor.

Dr.Dropin Psychology
Everyone goes through challenging times in life, and it can be helpful to talk to someone. Fremtind offers those aged 16 and older the opportunity to have a video consultation with a qualified psychologist at Dr. Dropin. During the session, you can talk about difficult thoughts, anxiety, stress, or anything else on your mind. This service is available for those with child insurance from Fremtind.

Dr.Dropin Psychology
Life has its ups and downs, and it can be difficult to open up about it. With treatment insurance from Fremtind, you get free psychological treatment* at short notice. This allows you to speak with a psychologist via video if you need help with difficult thoughts and guidance on mental health. The service applies to those with private treatment insurance or corporate treatment insurance (*check your insurance documents to see if psychological treatment is included in your coverage)

Download the Dr.Dropin app
To be able to book an appointment with Fremtind's discounted price, you must download the Dr.Dropin app.
Insert agreement number
Enter Fremtind's agreement number under Insurance and discount codes.
Book appointment
Order the desired service. Read the SMS you receive in advance of the appointment.
1. Download the Dr.Dropin app
2. Tap on "Insurance and discount code" (Forsikring og rabattkode)
3. Log in with BankID
4. Add agreement (avtale) and tap on "Fremtind"
5. Fill in the agreement number (avtalenummer) for your insurance and "add agreement"
6. Go back to the first screen and click on the desired service.
7. When you confirm the booking, you will see that your appointment is discounted.
8. Confirm the booking
NOTE: For a digital dermatologist (hudlege digitalt), the discount code is entered in the last step of the online booking. For a dermatologist at a clinic (hudlege i klinikk), booking is done in the app.
You only need to enter the agreement the first time you use the app. The next time you can go straight to step 6.
